The Terms of Use for Organisations and Individuals has been updated.

Terms of Use (Individual) and Terms of Use (Organisation): The Dataplace Terms of Use have been updated with some new wording and terminology to better align with the functions of the National Data Commissioner and the ONDC.

The Dataplace Terms of Use for Organisations have also been updated to guide organisations on authorising the collection and disclosure of information and documents to ASIO, where this is required under the National Security Measures Code (see clause 7).
