When trying to sign in using VANguard, I'm unable to find my organisation, or can only see our parent organisation
Your organisation might be running under a shared services arrangement that isn't setup in VANguard with multiple ABNs. In the first instance, contact your internal IT team responsible for VANguard to discuss options.

Whitelist or unblock network access to Dataplace
What is whitelisting?
Whitelisting is a cybersecurity strategy that approves a list of email addresses, IP addresses, domain names, websites, or applications, while denying all others. It helps protect networks against unauthorised access attempts and ensures that only approved IP addresses can communicate with internal networks, systems, and services.
If you can sign-in to Dataplace, but receive errors when you try to:
- claim the Organisation administrator role
- submit a Dataplace Contact us form
- start a DATA Scheme Accreditation application (User or ADSP)
- start a data request.
Your organisations network may be blocking access to Dataplace services, as they may restrict access to some websites.
What should I do?
To resolve this issue, contact your organisations IT area and request that they ‘Whitelist’ or unblock the following Dataplace websites.
